The Rio Bunch

Here's the story of a boy named Ryan
Who was partying with three silly little boys
Some of them had medals gold, like their teammates,
The fastest ones in pools

Here's the story, of the cops in Rio,
Who were busy with these boys and their words,
They were many men, working all together,
Yet they were all alone

'Till the one day when the cops sought these fellows
'Cause they had much more than a hunch,
That this group had now caused them a problem
That's the way they all became the Rio Bunch
The Rio Bunch, the Rio Bunch

That's the way they all became the Rio Bunch

Want A Fixer Upper? Now's Your Chance!

Whenever we're home alone with nothing to do, my better half loves doing these HGTV marathons. So lo and behold, I stumble across this story today... and even though I should have no clue who these Chip and Joanna people are, thanks to her, I'm all too familiar with those Waco-livin', letter-lovin' silly Fixer Upper hosts (and supposed couple, even though I've always had my doubts about that).

Anyway, so since we know who they are, I text her the link, and she very QUICKLY responds, "I would love to live in a house designed by them!!" Apparently, that is now an option, as people have been renting out the homes these two -- in hopes of giving them a dream home -- designed. So if ever you've wanted to live at the "Barndominium," like my fiancée apparently has, here's your chance. Just don't let Chip and Joanna see you because they're apparently none too pleased with this whole subsidized income business.

And please, please, please, if you're going to do it, do it before my girl makes us move to Waco! No offense, but I really don't want someone like Richard Ramirez for a neighbor. LOL!

(Just kidding, Texas, you know I love you! Please call off Chuck Norris!)

Cosmo

My fiancée is apparently out doing girly stuff right now because she's reading Cosmopolitan magazine and sending me quiz questions to answer.

As for me, I just got done working out, so I'm now bored (and tired) enough to actually want to answer these inquiries publicly ('cause ain't that how everything is done these days?)...

1. When I was a kid, I wanted to be a... WWF wrestler.

2. Never forget to... be true to who you are.

3. The toughest lesson I've learned is... forever is never long enough to be with the folks you love.

4. My superpower is... nonexistent. I'm only human. I wish I were a superhero!

5. My attitude in life is... you can't change the past, so focus your energies instead on the present. Also, try to enjoy life as much as possible!!

The AP's Top 100 All-Time College Football Programs

ESPN should take a lesson from the Associated Press, as they just released a list of the Top 100 All-Time College Football Programs, and their list actually seemed well researched and accurate, unlike any of ESPN's lists so far. But then again, that's why the AP is a well-respected source of bipartisan news, whereas ESPN is nowadays seen as an entertainment-fueled network that uses gossip and anonymous sources as its main tools and employees mostly twenty-something-year-olds.
