Weight Loss & Promotions

I want to apologize for being mostly absent from this blog these last couple of months, but I am glad to say that it was because of two good reasons:

1) I got promoted at work on Feb. 22nd, and have been working my bum off every single day since, so I haven't had much extra time (or leftover energy afterward) to write much in here.

2) Whatever extra time I have had, I've spent shedding a good chunk of unnecessary weight. As a result, from Jan. 18th to Apr. 19th, I lost 45 lbs., dropping from 218 to 173. (From then on, I've being doing a great job of keeping it off.)

So how long does it take to lose that much weight, if you're following a strict diet and exercising daily?

It took...

P.S.: No, I didn't just sit here and calculate all that. I used an online thingy. LOL!
